фитохимические соединения: свойства, экологическая безопасность и перспективы применения

Аннотация

Цель: изучить видовое разнообразие и биологические свойства фитохимических веществ, в том числе перспективность их применения в кормопроизводстве.
Фитохимические вещества представляют собой эффективную альтернативу антибиотическим препаратам. Выраженные седативные, антиоксидантные, противоопухолевые, иммуномодулирующие и ростостимулирующие свойства таких соединений обуславливают их применение в пищевой промышленности, медицине и животноводстве. Ввиду отсутствия токсического влияния и кумуляции в организме, включение фитохимических веществ в рационы в составе добавок является актуальным направлением исследований сельскохозяйственной науки. Широкое распространение получили кумарины, терпены и терпеноиды, полифенолы и флавоноиды, беталаины и хиноны. Значительная роль веществ растений связана с благоприятным влиянием на микробиоценоз кишечника, обуславливающая развитие питательной среды для местной микрофлоры с подавлением кишечных патогенов. Как ингибиторы кворум‐сенсинга, фитохимические вещества способны воздействовать на механизм синтеза биопленки, что приводит к значительному сокращению популяций агрессивной микрофлоры. Немаловажен экологический аспект применения таких веществ, связанный со снижением нагрузки агротехнического сектора на атмосферу.
Фитохимические вещества являются прекрасной альтернативой антибиотическим препаратам с доказанной эффективностью. Неконтролируемое использование антибиотиков в кормопроиз‐ водстве представляет опасность, как для животного, так и для человека. В этой связи, исследование фитохимических веществ является актуальной задачей, так как открывает перспективы для получения потенциально новых безопасных и высокоэффективных кормовых препаратов.
