Abstract

Experimental data on monitoring of dioxins and PCBs in samples of beef and pork, as well as in milk from the areas of the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The data are compared with the available information on Europe and the USA. Conclusion is made about compliance of the product with the standards for Russia and the European Union.
