Current state and the reasons of degradation of population of the Caspian seal

Abstract
In work is shown that population of the Caspian seal during the present period is considered as a trade kind cannot. Are suggested to compensate on purpose alternative actions to the industry and the state introduction of an interdiction for its extraction.
