Особенности антагонизма бактерий рода Bacillus по отношению к токсиногенным грибам Fusarium при защите растений от болезни и контаминации микотоксинами (обзор)

Аннотация

Цель. Обобщить и проанализировать сведения о результатах исследований по изучению антагонистических свойств бактерий рода Bacillus в отношении фитопатогенных грибов рода Fusarium.

Материалы и методы. Изучены и критически проанализированы современные сведения исследований российских и зарубежных ученых о роли бактерий рода Bacillus для подавления фузариозных болезней растений и загрязнения растительной продукции микотоксинами.

Результаты. Обобщены сведения о перспективах применения бактерий‐антагонистов фитопатогенных грибов рода Bacillus для защиты растений от болезней, вызванных токсиногенными грибами рода Fusarium. Показана роль продуцируемых бактериями липопептидов в ингибировании роста грибов, которая проявляется как за счет разрушения клеточной стенки гриба, так и путем повышения иммунного статуса растения. Содержится информация о структуре и механизме действия основных антигрибных циклических липопептидов. Раскрыты особенности проявления антагонистических свойств бактерий Bacillus, которые заключаются в способности метаболитов бактерий осуществлять деструкцию микотоксинов, что может способствовать снижению их токсичности. Обосновывается перспективность поиска штаммов бактерий рода Bacillus, пригодных для создания эффективных биофунгицидов против фузариозных грибов.

Заключение. Знание механизмов действия бактерий рода Bacillus – антагонистов грибов Fusarium будет способствовать тщательному подбору перспективных для разработки эффективных биопрепаратов штаммов для замены химических фунгицидов на биофунгициды в контроле F. graminearum и его микотоксинов, что позволит получить продукцию, необремененную ни химическими средствами защиты, ни опасными для потребителей микотоксинами.
