Изучить экологическое разнообразие диких птиц на территории Сибири, являющихся переносчиками вируса гриппа А.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Биологический материал в виде клоакальных смывов и фрагментов кишечника от диких мигрирующих птиц был собран в период 2007-2014 гг. Вирус был наработан в аллантоисной полости развивающихся куриных эмбрионов. Наличие вируса определяли в реакции гемагглютинации, а первичную идентификацию и субтипирование вируса гриппа подтверждали методом обратно-транскриптазной полимеразной цепной реакции (ОТ-ПЦР).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Было собрано и исследовано 2300 проб, полученных от диких мигрирующих птиц 8 отрядов. Вирус гриппа выявлен у 185 птиц из трех отрядов. Основную роль в циркуляции ВГА на территории юга Западной Сибири играют представители семейства Утиных (Anatidae) отряда Гусеобразных (Anseriformes), а именно виды – чирок-свистунок (Anas crecca), чирок-трескунок (Anas querquedula), и широконоска (Anas clypeata). В период с 2007 г. по 2014 г. процент вирусоносительства у гусеобразных птиц варьировал от 5.6 до 20%. Для отряда ржанкообразных был характерен более низкий проценты выделения вируса, составляющий не более 1.4%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Дикие мигрирующие птицы отрядов гусеобразные (Anseriformes) и Ржанкообразные (Charadriiformes) являются основным резервуаром вируса гриппа А на юге западной Сибири. Территория юга Западной Сибири играет ключевую роль в персистенции вирусов гриппа птиц, их эволюции и географическом распространении.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim is to explore the ecological diversity of wild birds in Siberia, which are carriers of the Avian Influenza Virus (AIV).</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Biological material in the form of cloacal swabs and intestinal fragments from wild migratory birds were collected in the period 2007-2014 years. The virus has been gained in the allantoic cavity of developing chicken embryos. The presence of virus was determined in hemagglutination and primary identification and subtyping of influenza virus was confirmed by RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was collected and investigated 2300 samples obtained from wild migratory birds 8 Orders. The influenza virus was detected in 185 birds of the three groups. The main role in the circulation of the AIV in the south of Western Siberia, playing members of the family Anatidae Order Anseriformes, namely species - Teal (Anas crecca), garganey (Anas querquedula), and shoveler (Anas clypeata). In the period from 2007 to 2014, the percentage of virus infection in waterfowl ranged from 5.6 to 20%. Order Charadriiformes was characterized by a lower percentage of virus isolation, of not more than 1.4%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Wild migratory waterfowl orders Anseriformes and Charadriiformes are the main reservoir of AIV in the south of Western Siberia.
