Изучить процессы механохимической модификации физико-химических и антигельминтных свойств бензимидазольных препаратов с целью изменения их водорастворимости и увеличения их эффективности.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Используется технология твердофазной механической обработки субстанций с полисахаридами для получения супрамолекулярных комплексов, которые охарактеризованы комплексом физико-химических методов (ИК-спектроскопия, ДТА, РФА, растворимости и пр.) и исследованы на антигельминтное действие на лабораторных моделях и в опытах на овцах.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Препараты оказывали высокую эффективность на лабораторных моделях гельминтов и в опытах на овцах, спонтанно инвазированных нематодами желудочно-кишечного тракта при снижении дозировки субстанции в несколько раз.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Путем твердофазной механохимической обработки субстанций некоторых бензимидазольных антигельминтных препаратов с полисахаридами показана возможность получения экологически безопасных препаратов с улучшенной растворимостью, биодоступностью и увеличением биологической активности против нематод.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim is to study the process of mechanochemical modification of the physico-chemical and anthelmintic benzimidazole properties of drugs to change their water solubility and increase their efficiency.</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. We have used the technology of solid phase mechanical processing of substances with polysaccharides to obtain the supramolecular complexes, which are characterized by a complex of physico-chemical methods (IR spectroscopy, DTA, XRF, solubility, etc.) as well as tested for anthelmintic effect in laboratory models and experiments on sheep.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The drug has a high efficiency in laboratory models of helminthes and in experiments on sheep infested spontaneously with nematodes of gastrointestinal tract lowering the dosages of substance.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
