Выявление в природной флоре Дагестана источников флавоноидов и антоцианов с высокой антиоксидантной активностью.</p></sec><sec><title>Методика исследования</title><p>Методика исследования. Надземная часть шалфея седоватого (Salvia canescens C.A.Mey) собирали летом 2013 года в фазу цветения, сушили в тени до воздушно-сухой массы. Высушенное сырье измельчали и определяли суммарное содержание флавоноидов и антоцианов спектрофотометрически на спектрофотометре СФ-16 по стандартной методике с использованием реакции образования комплексных соединений с хлоридом алюминия и с хлоридом кобальта, соответственно. Суммарные антиоксиданты определялись на приборе для экспресс-анализа суммарных антиоксидантов «ЦВЕТ-ЯУЗА-001-ААА», амперометрическим методом, с пересчетом на галловую кислоту.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе фитохимического анализа нами получены данные по суммарному содержанию флавоноидов, антоцианов и антиоксидантов в образцах S. canescens. Выявлены образцы с высоким содержанием флавоноидов и антоцианов, обладающие антиоксидантными свойствами. Влияние высотного фактора на изменчивость содержания флавоноидов, антоцианов, общей антиоксидантной активностиимеет разнонаправленное действие.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные впервые нами данные имеют научный и практический интерес и могут быть использованы для объяснения механизмов изменчивости содержания вторичных метаболитов под влиянием абиотических факторов среды, а также рекомендованы для медицинской, косметической промышленности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim is to identify sources of flavonoids and anthocyanins with high antioxidant activity in the natural flora of Dagestan.</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The above-ground portions of hoary sage (Salvia canescens C.A.Mey) were collected in the summer of 2013 in the flowering stage and dried in the shade to air-dry weight. The dried raw material has been ground and we have have measured the total content of flavonoids and anthocyanins spectrophotometrically using SF-16 by standard methods using the reaction of formation of complex compounds with aluminum chloride and cobalt chloride, respectively. The total antioxidants have been determined using the instrument for rapid analysis of total antioxidants "Yauza-COLOR-001-AAA" by an amperometric method with conversion to gallic acid.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During the phytochemical analysis, we have obtained data on the total content of flavonoids, anthocyanins and antioxidants in the samples S. canescens. We have also identified samples with a high content of flavonoids and anthocyanins having antioxidant properties. The impact of high-altitude factor on variability of flavonoids, anthocyanins, total antioxidant activity has a different effect.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
