Подробно проанализированы биологические свойства штаммов 8 потексви‐ русов, обнаруженных на юге российского Дальнего Востока, хранящихся в коллекции Лаборатории вирусологии Федерального научного Центра биоразнообразия наземной биоты Восточной Азии Дальневосточного отделения Российской академии наук: Х‐вируса картофеля (PVX – Potato virus X), вируса кольцевой пятнистости гортензии (HRSV – Hydrangea ringspot virus), вируса мозаики цимбидиума (CyMV – Cymbidium mosaic virus), Х‐вируса лилии (LiVX – Lily virus X), вируса мозаики подорожника азиатского (PlaMV – Plantago asiatica mosaic virus), вируса мозаики белого клевера (WClMV – White clover mosaic virus), аукуба‐мозаики картофеля (PAMV – Potato aucuba mosaic virus), Х‐вируса хосты (HoVX – Hosta virus X).Высокий уровень активности 8 вирусов из рода Potexvirus требует высокого уровня настороженности со стороны со стороны служб, обеспечивающих биологическую безопасность государства, а также обязательного учета при разработке научно‐обоснованных мероприятий по обеспечению продовольственной безопасности российского Дальнего Востока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. Systematisation of modern data on phytoviruses from the genus Potexvirus (Tymovirales: Alphaflexiviridae) including their relevance for the South of the Russian Far East.The paper describes the early (during the first half of the XX century) identification history, taxonomic configuration, species composition (including valid binary names for all 53 viruses known to date), virion morphology, genome structure and expression scheme of members of Potexvirus.
