Обоснование структуры институциональной модели формирования экологической культуры молодежи как целостной конструкции, интегрирующей различных субъектов этого процесса, а также имеющиеся ресурсы и реализуемые технологии для достижения целей устойчивого регионального развития.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Эмпирическое обоснование предлагаемой модели базировалось на 14 фокус-групповых интервью с представителями молодежи, экспертных сессиях с представителями институциональных структур, участвующих в реализации практик формирования экологической культуры молодежи (12 экспертных сессий), онлайн-анкетирование молодежи (объем выборки 1600 респондентов), проведенных в Краснодарском крае в 2022 году. Для анализа экоориентированных практик в сфере молодежной и образовательной политики использовался метод кейс-стадии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Авторами выявлены и охарактеризованы основные субъекты формирования экологической культуры молодежи, набор используемых ими технологий (информационно-коммуникативных, игровых и проектных) и ресурсов, принципы, определяющие эффективность экологических образовательных и просветительских практик. Предложена структура институциональной модели процесса и результатов формирования и развития экологической культуры молодежи, раскрывающая ее когнитивные, ценностные, эмоциональные и деятельностные компоненты в контексте обеспечения устойчивого регионального развития.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Универсальный характер структуры предлагаемой модели, позволяет экстраполировать основные результаты в систему педагогического сопровождения развития экологической культуры молодежи, в деятельность образовательных провайдеров, а также создает основу для их институализации в деятельности органов исполнительной власти, органов по работе с молодежью не только в Краснодарском крае, но и в других регионах Российской Федерации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To develop a justification of the structure of the institutional model for the formation of environmental culture of young people as a holistic structure that integrates the various actors in this process, as well as the available resources and implemented technologies to achieve the aims of sustainable regional development.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. The empirical justification of the proposed model was based on 14 focus group interviews conducted in the Krasnodar region in 2022 with representatives of young people, expert sessions with representatives of institutional structures involved in the implementation of practices to form the ecological culture of young people (12 expert sessions), online questioning of young people (sample size 1600 respondents). The case-study method was used to analyse eco-oriented practices in the field of youth and educational policy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The authors identified and characterised the main subjects involved in the formation of the ecological culture of young people, the set of technologies used (information and communication, game and project) and the resources and principles that determine the effectiveness of environmental education and educational practices. The authors propose a structure of the institutional model of the process and the results of formation and development of youth ecological culture, revealing its cognitive, value, emotional and activity components in the context of sustainable regional development.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
