Систематизировать данные о возбудителях вирусных заболеваний садовых и ягодных культур, распространённых на территории юга российского Дальнего Востока.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Своеобразные климатические особенности Дальнего Востока ограничивают ассортимент садовых и ягодных культур. Вместе с тем, в регионе имеется значительное количество видов дикорастущих плодово‐ягодных растений, которые обладают повышенной (часто – рекордной) морозостойкостью и потому активно используются для выведения новых культурных форм. При этом, последние полтора века идет активная интродукция на Дальний Восток новых сортов садовых культур, что приводит к увеличению риска проникновения целых фитовирусологических комплексов вместе с вегетативно размножаемыми (черенками, прививками) растениями. Наибольший ущерб садовым культурам на Дальнем Востоке наносят ряд представителей рода Nepovirus (Picornavirales: Secoviridae): кольцевой пятнистости томата, мозаики резухи, кольцевой пятнистости малины, короткоузлия винограда, линейного узора винограда, а также несколько до сих пор неидентифицированных вирусов. Среди других таксономических групп фитовирусов для плодово‐ягодных культур актуальны Y‐вирус картофеля (Patatavirales: Potyviridae, Potyvirus), вирусы кольцевой пятнистости гвоздики (Tolivirales: Tombusviridae, Dianthovirus), желтой мозаики клевера (Tymovirales: Alphaflexiviridae, Potexvirus), огуречной мозаики (Martellivirales: Bromoviridae, Cucumovirus) и мозаики люцерны (Martellivirales: Bromoviridae, Alfamovirus). В работе рассмотрен видовой состав тлей‐переносчиков фитовирусов, поражающих садовые культуры региона.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В связи с дальнейшими перспективами развития садоводства на Дальнем Востоке России необходимо интенсифицировать эколого‐вирусологические исследования этого раздела фитовирусологии, а также повысить обеспеченность производителей сельскохозяйственной продукции доступными тест‐системами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To systematise data on pathogens of viral diseases of garden and berry crops in the south of the Russian Far East.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. The peculiar climatic features of the Far East limit the range of garden and berry crops. However, there are a significant number of species of wild fruits and berry plants in the region, which have increased (often – record breaking) frost resistance and are therefore actively used for breeding new cultural forms. At the same time, for the last century and a half new varieties of garden crops have been actively introduced to the Far East, which has lead to an increase in the risk of penetration of entire phytovirus complexes together with vegetatively propagated (cuttings, vaccinations) plants. The greatest damage to garden crops in the Far East is caused by a number of representatives of the genus Nepovirus (Picornavirales: Secoviridae): Tomato ringspot virus, Arabis mosaic virus, Raspberry ringspot virus, Grapevine fanleaf virus, Grapevine linear pattern virus as well as several still unidentified viruses. Among other taxonomic groups of phytoviruses dangerous for fruit and berry crops one could point out Potato virus Y (Patatavirales: Potyviridae, Potyvirus), Carnation ringspot virus (Tolivirales: Tombusviridae, Dianthovirus), Clover yellow mosaic virus (Tymovirales: Alphaflexiviridae, Potexvirus), Cucumber mosaic virus (Martellivirales: Bromoviridae, Cucumovirus), Alfalfa mosaic virus (Martellivirales: Bromoviridae, Alfamovirus). The paper considers the species composition of aphids‐carriers of phytoviruses affecting garden crops of the region.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
