Изучить возможность применения криптолемуса в интегрированной системе борьбы с австралийским желобчатым червецом в условиях Южного берега Крыма.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Заселенность растений Icerya purchasi Mackell, определялась в ходе маршрутных обследований агробиоценозов подсчетом количества особей вредителей на единицу площади. Биологическую эффективность криптолемуса из Уникальной научной установки «Государственная коллекция живых энтомоакарифагов и энтомопатогенов» в отношении австралийского желобчатого червеца на питтоспоруме в условиях Южного берега Крыма изучали в вариантах: выпуск жуков, выпуск личинок и совместный выпуск имаго и личинок хищника. Возможность совместного применения биоагента и пестицидов изучали в лабораторных условиях по общепринятым методикам.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что биологическая эффективность Cryptolaemus montrouzieri Muls. в отношении Icerya purchasi Mackell в условиях Южного  берега  Крыма составила 50–75%; также показана возможность совместного применения энтомофага с рядом пестицидов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.  Экспериментально  доказана  потенциальная возможность  контролирования  численности  вредителя  биоагентом без применения химических средств защиты, что особенно важно в условиях рекреационной зоны.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the possibility of using cryptolemus in an integrated system for combating the Australian grooved worm in the conditions of the southern coast of Crimea.</p></sec><sec><title>Material  and  Methods</title><p>Material  and  Methods.  The  population  of  Icerya  purchasi  Mackall  on plants was determined during regular surveys of agrobiocenoses by counting the number of pest individuals per unit area. The biological effectiveness of cryptolemus from the unique scientific installation «State collection of living entomoacariphages and entomopathogens» in relation to the Australian grooved worm on pittosporum in the conditions of the Southern Coast of Crimea was studied in the following variants: beetle release, larval release and joint release of imago and predator larvae. The possibility of joint use of bioagent and pesticides was studied in the laboratory according to generally accepted methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
