Изучение продолжительности жизненного циклаи фаз развития растений Nigella sativa L. в зависимости от высотного уровня выращивания, качества семян и условия года при проведении интродукционного эксперимента. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p> Материал и методы. При проведении исследований пользовались общепринятыми методами, описанными в соответствующих руководствах. Материалом послужили образцы Nigella sativa L. различного эколого‐географического происхождения: Саудовская Аравия, Эфиопия, Сирия, Египет, Азербайджан.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Показано, что с увеличением высоты над уровнем моря места произрастания продолжительность жизненного цикла у растений образцов N. sativa L. возрастает, а содержание пальмитиновой кислоты в семенах при этом снижается.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p> Заключение. Основной причиной ,с которой связаны указанные выше негативные изменения, является снижение средней суточной температуры с высотой над уровнем моря и как следствие, задержка в накоплении суммы эффективных температур, необходимой для прохождения определенных этапов индивидуального развития и жизненного цикла в целом</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study of the duration life cycle and phenological phases of plants  of Nigella sativa L. (variability depending on height above sea level, seed  quality and climatic conditions of the year). </p></sec><sec><title>Material  and Methods</title><p>Material  and Methods.  Generally  accepted  methods described  in  the  relevant guidelines were used in conducting the research. Samples of  Nigella sativa (black cumin) were sourced from various eco‐geographical  origins: Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Syria, Egypt and Azerbaijan.  </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was determined that with an increase in height above sea level  of the place of growth, the life cycle of plants of N. sativa samples is  prolonged and their content of palmitic acid decreases.  </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
