Выполнить анализ сезонных изменений частотных характеристик скорости и направления ветра на территории Приморского Дагестана (рассматриваются районы городских округов Махачкалы и Дербента) с точки зрения ветроэнергетического потенциала.Материал и методы. Исследование проводится на основе временных рядов - скоростей и направлений ветра за временной период 2011-2018 гг., полученных в результате наблюдений на метеорологических станциях «Махачкала» и «Дербент». В качестве математического инструмента исследования используется непрерывное вейвлет-преобразование с комплексной вейвлет-функцией Морле.Результаты. Установлено, что основной периодичностью колебания во временных рядах является периодичность в одни сутки и наличие периодичности в одни сутки во временном ряде имеет ярко выраженные сезонные изменения. Также установлены и описаны различия в сезонных изменениях периодичности в одни сутки для скорости и направления ветра между территориями городов Махачкалы и Дербента.Заключение. Рассмотренные параметры оценки сезонных изменений динамики скорости и направления ветра могут применяться как дополнительные параметры для классификации и кластеризации регионов для выявления лучших территорий ветроэнергетического потенциала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyse seasonal changes in the frequency characteristics of wind speed and direction in coastal Dagestan, namely the urban districts of the cities of Makhachkala and Derbent, from the point of view of wind power potential.Material and Methods. The research was based on time series of wind speed and direction for the period 2011-2018, obtained as a result of observations at the Makhachkala and Derbent weather stations. As a mathematical research tool, a continuous wavelet transform with a complex Morlet wavelet function was used.Results. According to the results of analysis, it was found that the main frequency of fluctuations in the time series is one day and one-day periodicity in the time series has pronounced seasonal changes. Also, differences in seasonal changes of one-day periodicity for wind speed and direction between the regions of Makhachkala and Derbent were established and described.Conclusion.
