На основе многолетних оригинальных исследований, которые с 1962 г. регулярно проводятся лабораторией вирусологии ФНЦ Биоразнообразия ДВО РАН, а также имеющихся литературных данных, представлена информация о симптомах заболеваний, циркуляции, резерватных растениях и переносчиках вирусов мозаики люцерны (Bromoviridae, Alfamovirus); аспермии томатов и огуречной мозаики (Bromoviridae, Cucumovirus); мозаики цветной капусты (Caulimoviridae, Caulimovirus); мозаики чеснока (Potyviridae, Carlavirus); гравировки табака, жёлтой карликовости лука, жёлтой мозаики фасоли, мозаики арбуза, мозаики турнепса и обыкновенной мозаики фасоли (Potyviridae, Potyvirus); мозаики редиса (Picornavirales, Secoviridae, Comovirus); кольцевой пятнистости табака (Picornavirales, Secoviridae, Nepovirus); зелёной крапчатой мозаики огурца, табачной мозаики и томатной мозаики (Virgaviridae, Tobamovirus).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Представленная информация создаёт основу для разработки комплекса диагностических тест-систем для индикации фитовирусных заболеваний овощных и бахчевых сельскохозяйственных культур, который является необходимым элементом мероприятий, направленных на повышение урожайности и продовольственной безопасности Российской Федерации на Дальнем Востоке.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The development of an inventory of phytoviruses affecting vegetable and melon crops in the South of the Russian Far East.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. On the basis of many years of original research, carried out on a regular basis by the Laboratory of Virology (Federal Scientific Centre of East Asia Biodiversity, Far Eastern Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences) since 1962 as well as available data in the literature, information about the symptoms of diseases, circulation, reserve plants and vectors are presented for the alfalfa mosaic virus (Bromoviridae, Alfamovirus); tomato aspermy virus and cucumber mosaic virus (Bromoviridae, Cucumovirus); cauliflower mosaic virus (Caulimoviridae, Caulimovirus); garlic mosaic virus (Potyviridae, Carlavirus); tobacco etch virus, allium yellow dwarf virus, bean yellow mosaic virus, watermelon mosaic virus 2, turnip mosaic virus and bean common mosaic virus (Potyviridae, Potyvirus); radish mosaic virus (Picornavirales, Secoviridae, Comovirus); tobacco ringspot virus (Picornavirales, Secoviridae, Nepo-virus); cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, tobacco mosaic virus and tomato mosaic virus (Virgaviridae, Tobamovirus).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
